Oilgear introduces an enhanced Roof Crush Test System designed to test a wide range of vehicles (maximum test height of 2480 mm). The system offers best-in-class rigidity (less than 5 mm deformation at maximum force with angular force application) and incorporates smart software compensation for accurate deformation measurement. It exceeds FMVSS 216 standards and supports out-of-range testing for development purposes. The system’s versatile design includes attachment points for various push/pull tests and is prepared for a future side crush actuator add-on.
This system is designed for seat belt anchorage and static strength testing, in compliance with global standards like ECE R14, FMVSS 210, GB14167, GB13057, and GB24406. Featuring nine electromechanical actuators mounted on three crossbars, it ensures precise force application with minimal maintenance. The system automatically tests car seats, seat groups, and safety belts, offering high flexibility and reliability.
Our test system for headrests and backrests supports static load testing in compliance with global regulations such as ECE R17, ECE R25, FMVSS 202, and GTR 7. The system is capable of testing single or multiple seats simultaneously and features motorized axes for precise positioning and automated test procedures.
The Dynamic Linear Test System is designed for testing car seat components, such as recliners and tracks, bridging the gap between static tests and dynamic crash sled tests. This system uses linear electric motors and smart control algorithms to apply up to 40 kN of force with precise control over force/time or speed/time curves.
Our next-generation servo-electric test bench is designed for side intrusion testing in Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs), accounting for the increased rigidity of door sills and battery compartments. With a maximum push/pull force of 300 kN, the system surpasses FMVSS 214 standards and is designed to accommodate future development testing.
